Attribute module causes foreach loop error

Just downloaded the latest Ubercart (6.x-2.0-rc7).

When I enable the Attributes module the following error appears at the top of the screen:

warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/leonk/public_html/refreshc/modules/ubercart/uc_attribute/uc_attribute.module on line 471.
