It looks nice, but it doesn't really distinguish itself from the thousands of other themes out there. The header is too high for my taste; don't forget that many people still use 1024x768 monitors. I would also choose a background color that contrasts a little more with the header's background image. IMHO the thing you should really change, are the buttons. The 1px border is unlike any other graphical element in the design, the rounded corners have a too large radius and they need some margin-top so they don't touch the input field above it.
