Use Term Name should provide normalised taxonomy name, not raw name [#590492]

Use Term Name
If checked, use Term Name instead of Term ID.

Should provide the equivalent of cat or catpath, not raw names.

The raw name is required to work with the views correctly. What is really needed is better PathAuto integration [#46528].
