Various fixes
- score conversion to normal, label, fivestar - fixed
made a constant variable NODEREVIEW_MAXRATING,
and variable $maxrating_proportion, to easily convert scores when
changing maximum rating, like 5 to 10, or 5 to 8, and so on...
(but there are certain maximum rating numbers which do not work with fivestars, 6, 7
- labels not showing on Review Results - fixed

Somewhat stable release, finally. There are probably still bugs in this version, but John Forsythe has just joined the project so I wanted to have a tagged release before the dev version starts to have a lot done to it.
