PEAR Wiki Filter formats the text wrapped in tags <code> and doesn't work together with GeSHi Filter.

Description
This filter spoils a code, replacing some symbols with their values, for example, " replaces with " spaces with &nspb; and so on. I.e. formats the text wrapped with tags <code>. This is not good.
