First, this module is awesome. It a huge feature that puts Drupal ahead of the game with the big 3 forums (VB, PHPBB, and SMF).

The bug I noticed has to do with the Advanced Forum module. AF changes the comment template for forum posts. AJAX Comments is not respecting the forum template and is instead posting comments with the sites default theme's template.
