Issue Summary
When I have the site name switched on everything displays fine. Left and right side bars are in the correct place.
However, when I turn off the site name it is all messed up. The left sidebar is displayed on the right etc.
Screenshots show this exactly.

I have a similar problem on Gauntlet.ca, but it seems like this happens if you don't have something in the masthead or the suckerfish menu. That is to say, it's not the title that matters, it's the empty masthead and menu blocks.
