Reinstalling Rotor Banner

Hello: I have a quick help question re Rotor Banner from a Drupal beginner.
I uninstalled Rotor Banner as I had screwed up some configuration with the intention of reinstalling and starting fresh - deleting rotor items, then blocks and views then deleting the module.. why I did this sense to me at the time...

I have now reinstalled the module back to sites/all/modules. I had thought that reinstalling the module would mean I could start fresh but on the reinstall I have Rotor Items but no Rotor Blocks or Rotor Views. I'm kicking myself. Could anyone point out the right method to get this back so its like a fresh install of Rotor Banner?
