issues with dhtml_menu

arthemia's primary menu seems to interact in an unexpected, but apparently harmless way when dhtml menu (6.x-3.x) is activated.

Drop down menu works as expected only if DHTML is _also_ activated for primary. I expect it to work independently of DHTML setting. Otherwise drop down stops working.

Also you might want to uncheck the DHTML option "Add an extra page link to each expanding menu item." to avoid double entries.

When I activate "Go to the page on double-click." in DHTML, I loose the third menu level in primary, which is - by a strange incident - is exactly what I want, but not the expected behavior.

This part is not true. I third level doesn't go away:
