Duplicate Entries For Users WITHOUT Administer Views Permission

I have discovered that my views are fine for anonymous users and for anyone with administer views permission. However, anyone who is authenticated WITHOUT administer views permission will see duplicate entries.

At first I thought it was my view even though it didn't make sense why the adminsiter permission would create different results. So I just changed the view to use distinct.

But then I went to the standard organic group home page view. It too showed the same problem. I know that I've used it multiple times on other sites without problems. Any ideas?
