Show missing files and modules that are weighted.

I'd like to see a short list of just the modules that are weighted (i.e. not 0).

Also, if the system table includes a module that has been deleted (yes, it can happen), the module_weights module creates a weight element that is not attached to a module and screws up the module list display.
