We'll be having our 3rd DC Drupal meetup this Thurs, 5-7pm at Murky Coffeehouse. To change things up a bit, I'm going to go over Drupal and theming, and give examples of sites that don't look like a Drupal install, along with showing the underlying code on how to achieve similar results (it's easier than you think!). If anyone wants to help co-pilot this talk, let me know. After this 30 min talk, we can break into our usual groups and just talk Drupal.

That would be very cool in fact. I live in Norway and most meetups are quite a distance from me, but many seem to discuss very interesting topics of drupal.

Which Murky Coffee?

Also I'm a total newbie to Drupal (just jumped from Postnuke this year) - is it alright for quiet lurkers to just listen in?

The one in Clarendon. xerexes, sure, this is always open to new people wishing to just sit and hear more about Drupal. We've had quite a few people just come and observe and they have learned a lot, so please stop by!

They announce on their web site that from April 2 on they won't be offering WiFi internet connection any longer... did anyone notice?
