I want to know when drupal 6.15 is going to release ? or where can i get the info of new releases.

Any new releases of Drupal 6.x will be driven by security fixes. You can subscribe to the RSS feed here:

http://drupal.org/security/rss.xml

... or via email. Click on your username. Edit your account settings. Look for the "My Newsletters" tab.

Drupal 6.15 will not contain any new features. Drupal 6.14 is the best choice at the moment. Assuming that you're not going to hack core code, you can easily upgrade to Drupal 6.15 or any future version in the 6.x branch once it is released.

The next version with significant changes and new features, will be Drupal 7. It is still under development and a final version is not expected before Q1 of 2010.
