Could there be support for Canadian carries such as Bell and Rogers?

Hi bm123,
If the carriers provide access to send/receive SMS from a computer, then it is likely that a gateway module could be written to support them. Generally you would use a gateway provider, which is an aggregator that supports SMS to/from many carriers, usually globally. Clickatell is an example of this (they cite support for Rogers, but not Bell).
