Hi,
When I finish a transaction, I get an " List with banks not available, payment through iDEAL gateway not possible. " error.
I created the certificates as explained by the ING iDEAL pro manual. I uploaded them into the includes/security directory.
I haven't changed any code except as explained by the readme file. Uploaded the cert.cer to ING too.
Can you please help me, I'm really stuck.
Am I the only one experiencing this problem?

marcus_w commentedI got it working, problem was the certificate, I protected it with a character that wasn't supported.
I do have another problem now, the statreq gives me a blank page, it doesn't return to the normal transaction completed page.
In the install file, you say something about checking the log which file causes a headers already sent error, but there's only an empty entry in the log.
Do you have any idea why?

I found out that there was a message in the database, just not showing in the admin/reports/dblog.
Anyway, the error was "iDeal payment completion attempted for non-existent order.".
The order number it was looking for was 15674022. The value of the EntranceCode field.
So I set unchecked the "default entrancecode" and it worked.
But I do think it's a bug there, isn't it?

keesje commentedThe bug would be not displaying the watchdog message properly (you found the message in the watchdog table, right?) Please report this in a new issue.
Default entrance codes are probably not usefull without extra, custom code, never tested it properly, just took it for granted as it is an option in the default iDEAL code.

keesje commentedFor anyone stumbling on this page searching for "List with banks not available, payment through iDEAL gateway not possible", this is a very generic error message, meaning that the iDEAL bank data (issuer list) cant be collected from the iDEAL gateway. This could be a network error, iDEAL gateway error (yes, it's down sometimes).
In most cases, especially when you are setting iDEAL up for the first time it's a configuration error. Look carefully at your SSL certs and keys and Merchant ID. Do not mess with other settings unless you have specific reasons to do so.
