I don't know whether that's intentional, but only one sitewide context is supported. If you add two, only the blocks of the first one will be rendered. My use case is that I am exporting contexts in features, and two features need to have both a sitewide context.

You can only have one sitewide context per namespace and attribute pair I think, so if you need more than one sitewide context, just add the second to a different namespace/attribute.

This bug is also present on 3.0-beta4 version where sometimes sidewide context doesn't fire (I've only got 1 sidewide context with its own namespace).

The solution given above by pvhee is working fine! thanks.

Then maybe the sidewide options for conditions is not needed...
