Member Settings fail to list all roles for "Roles to Show" selection.

Drupal 4.3.2 Postgres

I am only seeing one role "admin", listed in the "Roles to Show" select box in the module configuration screen.

It is not showing any other roles, including "Authenticated Users" and roles I have created.

I have not seen this problem on 4.3.2 with MySQL.
