Issue Summary
Hello,
I just installed aggregation(6-1.8 on DP6), check settings and created two feeds, each with taxonomy terms from two already existing taxonomies
The modules looks pretty good and would do the job for me, but the feed items don't get the taxonomy terms attributed to their respective feeds
Can you please help?

I have the same problem exactly. I assigned taxonomy terms from two differrent vocabularies. Feed items created succesfully but terms from one only vocabulary were assigned to them.

Set the vocabulary to the "feed item" content type, then when you edit the feed. You'll find you can assign these terms to the generated items. Do that and you should have the functionality you're asking for... reopen this if you need any other assistance...
