Just wondering if it's possible to change the layer names...?

I have a map view setup where I set the grouping field to 'Node: Type', so now I can turn on and off the different node types on the one map. However, the layers are named 'Activity layer', 'Accommodation layer', etc. I'd prefer something like 'Activities', 'Accommodation', etc.

Is this possible somehow?

Appending 'layer' onto the name of a layer seems pretty silly. It should be removed. I'm marking this as a task.

Is there, or can you add, an API function for changing the name altogether...? I'd still like to display the plural name of the content types.
