InCommon Federation

Issue Summary

We are looking for someone who has had experience with implementing Shibboleth in conjunction with the InCommon Federation (http://www.incommonfederation.org) or with any of the participating institutions (http://www.incommonfederation.org/participants/). Basically the documentation they provide is not enough to understand how it works, how to get user attributes, potential issues, etc. In short, we really would like some advice and passed on experience as we are going to have to do this ourselves soon.

If this kind of help would require more than a quick conversation, we are more than willing to help you out with some money.
