Would page caching that comes w/ Pressflow cause all captcha request to be rejected?

Alternatively, just today signed up for Acquia Network after already having a regular mollom account for the past few months.
Do the new keys provided by Acquia network negate the old mollom account?

Yes, this is related to Pressflow: see #562374: Mollom incompatible with Pressflow's (and Drupal 7's) session handling -- causes CAPTCHAs to fail. Marking this as duplicate.
