Need to be able to diplay radio button donations

Issue Summary

Hi all, I need to be able to make a list of donation options perhaps as radio buttons with a last option being a custom amount field for the donors to give whatever amount they wish. Similar to this type of functionality:

I see that we can add several different donation products and make them all appear in the donate page with this module, but is there a way to have one product that will host all the options and when added to cart will take you to checkout without having to create all the separate products?
