Pulling Disqus Comments from a Post on Another Website

Description
Suppose I repost a story on my blog that I found elsewhere on the internet. I have a link to the original website from where I found the information. It also happens that the other website uses Disqus for their comments. So, I don't want to have comments using Disqus with my story link because I want to integrate with the comments on the other website that posted the story first. In other words, if you posted a comment using Disqus on my blog for the story I reposted, it would also show up on the comments on the other website and vice versa.
Does any of that make sense? Is that even possible?
