"No Row Selected" when trying to modify profile fields

Description

Currently, when I select several users and click "modify profile fields", it moves forward to the "modify" page properly. I make the modifications and click save and VBO brings me to the confirmation page, where it lists the usernames of everyone I've selected. I click accept, and it dumps me back to the original view with a "No row selected" error message.

Does it do the same with other actions?
Did you see it working on this server with earlier versions of VBO? What about the latest dev release?
Does it work with the stock VBO at admin/content/node2?

  • It was working on this server earlier, I'm not sure if the problem came about with a higher version of VBO or a higher version of Drupal. The problem is also present in the latest dev version.
  • The problem also exists with the "send tokenized email" action and the "modify user roles" action.
  • "Unpublish post" works fine at admin/content/node2, but that's obviously node actions instead of user actions.

Can you please edit your view's bulk settings (gear icon in front of Style: Bulk Operations" and set "Skip confirmation step" ON. Do you get the same behaviour then?

Skipping the confirmation step allows me to work around the problem.

This happens to me on all actions, as well, including ones that don't require additional configuration.

The "skip confirmation step" setting is a workaround, but obviously not ideal.

I could try to provide more debugging info, but I don't have the time at the moment.
