When I do update using plugin manager and others modules the imagepicker stop to work.
Some issues are:
When a navigate to admin/per tasks the error message is displayed;
warning: Parameter 1 to theme_imagepicker() expected to be a reference, value given in Z:\Sites\drupal\includes\theme.inc on line 617.
When I Try to use in a new post the block of imagepicker is displayed but its blank.
If I try to access www.mysite.com.br/imagepicker the same blank screen is showed.
I try to install and reinstall but nothing resolve this.
In the imagepicker admin I try to validate the archives and this messages are displayed;
* file not found in database: Imagem1.jpg,orig
* thumbs file does not exist: Z:\Sites\cgrio\sites/www.mysite.com.br/files\imagepicker/1\thumbs\orig
* browser file does not exist: G:\Sites\cgrio\sites/www.mysite.com.br/files\imagepicker/1\browser\orig
* Validation of directory structure failed, please correct the above errors before continuing.
Can U help me.

I cannot tell you much about the validation process running under Windows, I do not have Windows.
Parameter 1 is by reference, I think your files have been damaged, I would suggest that you re-install with a fresh copy of imagepicker.
