Simplenews Newsletters do not clone Newsletter Options

Description
I am using Clone to create a newsletter from an existing newsletter. The existing newsletter format is set to HTML, but the new cloned newsletter is set to plain text. The default format for newsletters is also set to HTML.
I am using Clone 6.x-1.0 and Simplenews 6.x-1.0-rc6.
