In the nodequeue admin, if you hit clear and then reverse without saving in between, a duplicate position error is shown once saving.
This does not appear if you do clear - shuffle - save.

With #593858: Adding an empty node deletes first item in queue applied I instead see 1 node remaining in the queue with this behavior, with no duplicates.
