Special attention to checkout buttons

A big thanks for this wonderful theme, your hard work appreciated!

Having a certain level of business background, I'd very much like to see some special attention taken to the checkout buttons. These buttons play important role to help customers actually finish or not the deal. To be more specific, I'd like to see the button colour widely used orange, and button size "double" from the present.

Unfortunately I'm not any coder nor designer to be able to help further, but made a quick test just changing the background image of the button (a quick example attached) Wish I had the skills to double the button size!

Amazon, PayPal and most of the big players seems to be using this technique to increase their sales. Magento also seems to have some effective buttons for customers to click on. All of them have a clear reason for that - better conversation & more sales.
