I have added a content taxonomy field were select widgit is a radio button.

When i choose this field in an exposed filter, the radio widget has changed into a select list.

Am i configuring something wrong or is the radio button widget not supported by views?

I have exactly the same behavior.

Is this a problem in our configuration or a lack of Content taxonomy / Views integration?

The Views filter UI is completely separate from the CCK widget for any sort of field. Take a look at this module:
http://drupal.org/project/better_exposed_filters
