I encountered a new pattern of spam today that I wish Mollom would address. To see it, please check the comment on my Mollom-protected blog post: http://infojunkie.dyndns.org/content/nature-not-perfect
The approach consists of copying a paragraph from the post, and inserting the payload link in the anonymous user's homepage field.

Yes, we've seen this kind of spam ourselves.

Since this is a bug/feature request for the textual analysis in the Mollom backend (and Dries is aware of it), I'm marking this as won't fix since there is nothing we can do in the module.
