Add a views handler for filtering applications by role and an argument for current user [#594864]

Hi,

Just wondering if there are any view handlers that are floating around for statuses of user applications?

I would like to make a 'manage applications' view that hides roles that the 'approver role' isn't a member of.

(or filter the 'Manage role applications' page to do this!)

I wrote a patch for 5.x.1.8 to do filtering by role, but it's probably similar enough where you can rewrite it for D6.

This appears to be a duplicate of more recent requests for views handlers. Re-open if this is different and let's talk about making it happen
