Mods, Tweak Template, add Pages

I'm looking for someone who is good with drupal to do some tweaks and additions for me to my existing site.

Needs include:
- Fixing browser bugs in modified spreadfirefox theme
- install a couple modules & a couple bugs w/ current mods
- tweak site for performance

- Add member pages for:
- Affiliate Tools (dynamic page for each user that has link code (for banners/etc) w/ their ID auto inserted into it for promoting)

- Redirect on signup to 'tell-a-friend' page

I can't see anything taking too long for someone good w/ drupal. Also if you can help down the road as well w/ additions it would be a bonus.
