The slide goes to full opaque gray they becomes transparent in IE8. It's very strange. I looked at your demonstration website with IE8 and you didn't have that problem. How did you solve it?

ppblaauw commentedWhen you use fading for the transition of the slide and the slidetext you can set the slider-container in the configuration page to e.g
div.slide-text1
instead of
div.slide-text
so jQuery effects will not be used.
The slidetext always stays in the front this way.

Adam S commentedYes, that works. I'm a little sad that there aren't any effects, but that's ok. It's still nice and maybe the devils at that company that make ie will get their stuff together.
