When creating a file download product using E-commerce, Private Uploads and ec_file, I'm not seeing a Private or Sell checkbox when using the File Attachment option.

All modules are enabled, as are all dependencies. I've created the content type and product (attached to content type) for e-commerce.

Any asistance is appreciated.

Unfortunately getting file downloads to work is a bit more work that just enabling E-Commerce, Private Uploads and ec_file - did you follow the instructions in the README?

Thanks for the reply. Actually Private Uploads doesn't have a readme, at least not in the one I downloaded. I found a page here that talks about it briefly, but following those instructions got me where I am now.

I didn't mean the README in Private Uploads, I meant the one with the e-commerce file download module ;) It lays out the steps for how to get it all working.
