Change block structure/classes to match other blocks

I'm just setting up 4.7 RC3, and I noticed the structure of the block generated by sitemenu differs from other blocks. I removed the (div class="box") because I did not see other menus with a box around them. Also, I added class="menu" to the (ul), as this is was what all the other menus are using.
