Hello!

I recently updated my theme from zen to sea breeze. But whenever I try to access the the admin page it says

Fatal Error: maximum execution 60 minutes C:/xampp/htdocs/drupal/includes/common.inc on line 154.

It is obvious that this error message was generated because it took too long for the page to load.
Is this because this theme is "heavy" ? I am only doing this one project, I deleted the wordpress from the mysql dtbase because I thought mysql cannot handle two projects. But the result is the same. I had to manually delete the sea_breeze folder from the site/all/themes folder to go back to admin page.
