Paid opportunity -- Drupal developer needed for D6 social networking site

This is a paid opportunity.

We seek experienced Drupal developer(s) to help complete a non-profit social networking site built with D6. The site is about 70% feature complete and running error free. We need highly experienced Drupal developers to advise and/or help complete the more complex features.

The remaining work (in rough order of priority) includes:

1. Helping to decided between some combination of OG, Domain Access, multi-site or other multi-organization solution.
2. Adding a few other fairly trivial modules, such as for rolling banner ads, improved forum features, improved "friend" features, etc.
3. Setting up calendar items.
4. Finishing the user interface and navigation. This mostly involves working with the client to determine path through site and block visibility settings.
5. Helping to choose and setup the best set of modules for social networking user profiles
6. Porting over all user and content data from the prior Joomla site.
7. Fine tuning the theme, such as adding the logo, adjusting CSS colors, creating some button images, etc.

Critical deadlines:

1. Oct 7: Go live with current users and content.
2. Oct 20: Go live with multi-group support
