How do I get rid of the search tab? I do not want my users to search for CC.

I've added CC search as an option in /admin/settings/creativecommons. It's enabled by default, but you'll be able to disable it in the next development snapshot.

Great job, thank you. The checkbox is there and unchecked the CC search is gone from the search page.
