problem with blocks in firefox 3.5.3 and IE 7 being an anonymous user

Hi
I have been developing a web site and I have 4 kind of users, I have installed this version of theme but when I used a combination of left sidebar block + IE 7 or Firefox 3.5.3 + anonymous user + Page content type it is shown lower in the page that desired. it doesn't happen with chrome 3 or safari 3.2.2
I also test traslating to the right sidebar and the block was shown in the left sidebar!, so I have decided to reinstall 6.x.1.5 version and it was shown as desired

Hi again So it seems that is a problem with the input filters and specifically with the recaptcha module, when it is added simply the blocks are shown incorrectly even for the version 6.x 1.5
