Hi!

I would like to have help of an experienced Drupal developer to build a site of an NGO work group. I would like to pay on a hourly basis for consultancy made by phone or skype.

I have recently chosen drupal since it seems to me to be the best tool to achieve my goals. Though I am a software developer I have almost no experience with it and not much time to learn it reading the docs on the web. My main interests are
- Develop new content types using CCK and make different kinds of search.
- Get to know the plugins that should be the most useful for my needs (I have a draft of the web site and a hosting account).
- Make the site more attractive.

I speak French, English and Portuguese. I live in Europe and have time to work on this project from 9pm to 10pm (Central Europe Time) during week days.

Since the site is for a NGO and I am paying from my pocket, I can't ask for the developer to build it site for me. I have to do it myself. So the person that would fit my needs best is someone that -- besides know Drupal well -- enjoys teaching it and making other people become good developers.
