Based on the re-roll JohnAlbin gave my patch at #343898-13: Let SimpleTest test the theme system, it made me pay a little more attention to the formatting of our README.txt files. /(modules|themes)/README.txt are both broken in various ways:

- Don't wrap to 80 chars
- Missing $Id$ at the top

Trivial patch on the way...

Note: That patch applies cleanly to D6, too.

It seems stupid to get someone else to review this -- it's not code, but a trivial, pedantic text reformatting. Hereby RTBC'ing my own issue. ;)
