I have noticed that when you use replacement tokens in the field configuration option "Output this field as a link" classes are not replaced. I think that the rest of parameters are replaced but this, so I don't know if there is a reason for this.

By the way, I am attaching a silly patch to have classes replaced in view_handler_field.inc
