provide browscap field widget

I was thinking the other day about the Feedback module - http://drupal.org/project/feedback - and about the browscap module and how it would be nice for something like Project (storing issues as nodes) to have a "Browscap" field widget/formatter which has a couple of different interfaces.

One is that the user sees a list of User Agents and the list defaults to the user agent they are using.

Another is that they don't see any field, but the data is saved using their current user agent.

I think it could just use text field to store the information and use a widget/formatter to output it in a pretty way.

I probably won't work on this, just thought it could be useful and thought I should start the conversation.
