Encrypted messages

This is so far down the road as far as actually getting done, but maybe putting this issue back up here will get the ball rolling on coming up with a useable way to encrypt messages through the SMS provider. Here is a note from impact that used to be up on comms.hackbloc.org:

The ability to encrypt messages with javascript. This would make it so that no plain text, keys or passwords are stored in the database. The downside to this is that users will have to have a javascript enabled browser or application with supports aes [de/en]cryption to read the message. Here is a libraries that could be used.
