Create Multi Presets of Imagecache uploading One Image in Story Content

I have installed Drupal 6.14 with Views 2, latest Imagecache, Imagefield, Image Api, Filefield, Teaserthumbnail, Panels, Excerpt. I am using Teaserthumbnail with Excerpt, working fine. I want to create blocks to put in Mini Panels. Each block would contain One Specific (TAG based) latest item of node with only Trimmed Title and Teaser with a mini thumnail (specific preset created in imagecache). I have tried it through views. Earlier I created Imagecache presets, SMALL for teaserthumnail and MINI for these blocks item. But I am not getting the Specified MINI image with the block created, only it shows the Trimmed Title and Teaser (Not any image). I am a newbie in Drupal environment. Can anybody guide (like Tutorial) me in detail? I am also the new member of this forum. Thanks in advance.
