My company recently joined the Drupal Association. Our username created when paying is: Norcross-Systems@association.drupal.org. We are unable to login to either D.O. or association.d.o with this ID. We are trying to get our company listed as a hosting provider that returns a portion of our enterprise Drupal hosting revenue back to D.O. Please let me know how we can resolve this issue. We are listed as an association member under Norcross Systems (Erik Benner). Thank you for your help.

kurund commentedBrent,
Are you still not able to login to association site?

drummhttp://association.drupal.org/user/4948 is already linked to your Drupal.org account.
http://association.drupal.org/user/3010 also exists, and is not linked to a Drupal.org account.
Accounts on the two sites should have a 1-to-1 relationship, so http://association.drupal.org/user/3010 either has to be left as-is, deleted, or associated with a different Drupal.org account. Any action on that account will need some confirmation from the account owner, Erik Benner.
