There are duplicated images in ImagePicker folder.
I upload image with my file structure in this post.
So I found duplicates of original files and of thumbnail images (created by this program).
I don't change any files in working folder of program manually.
Maybe there is some undocumented option fot not to doing this duplicates of images, because I need only images and previews of this images.
And totally thanks for this module and for help with this issue.
I can't upload image because "error 0 {something}/js", so this is link for my folder structure(screenshot):

hutch commentedWhen an image is uploaded, an unaltered copy of the original is placed in "\orig", a resized copy goes into the main folder, ("\1" in your example) a thumbnail is made to the size set in admin/settings/imagepicker and is placed in "\browser" and another thumbnail is made according to what you set in the upload form and is placed in "\thumbs".
If you do not resize then the main image will be the same as the image in "\orig". The same applies to the two thumbnails.
In your example you did not resize so the files are the same. If you used the new copy image feature (requires exif) and resized it at that point the new copy would be made from the file in "\orig". If the file you are copying does not have anything in "\orig" the main one will be used. This is for backward compatibility as the orig feature was added quite recently.
I hope this explains what is going on here ;-)

Launch commentedThank you, I understand.
But I want no copies of uploaded images.
May I change my instance of ImagePicker module that it become as I wish?
If I may please say me where to look to change code as I need.
Or maybe this is good idea to do some option to adjustment module functionality in this direction?
Sorry for my english level.

hutch commentedAll the upload functions are in imagepicker.upload.inc but changing that will probably break other things.
imagepicker-6.x-2.2.tar.gz and earlier does not have 'orig'
you can find it under 'View all releases' on the Imagepicker project page
