I have a Zen sub-theme and using Nice Menus. In the right sidebar IE6/7 does not recognize the list of links (cursor does not turn into a finger and clicking does nothing). FF, Chrome, etc. all function perfectly.

Nice Menus on the same page work perfectly with IE6/7.

Any ideas what might be going on?

Thank you for any help you can offer.

I have used Nice Menu with a couple of different Zen sub-themes and I haven't had any problems. Can you provide a link? I'm thinking it could be an overlay issue. Have you tried moving the menu to a different region and seeing if this still happens?

Nice Menu works fine, and all of the links in the body of the page work fine, it is just the links in the right sidebar.

The page is set up a lot like these: right sidebar with background in a div and a series of text links in a block.

(Sorry, I can't send a link; I'm working on a dev box behind a firewall.)

One more quirk I discovered this morning, when I log in all of the admin navigation works perfectly.

Like I said, this behavior is only in IE6/7. I have tested a bunch of browsers: FF, Safari, and Opera on both Windows and Mac; Chrome on Windows and Camino on Mac.

Thank you, the "overlay" suggestions was the right pointer. I finally remembered that I was using the PNG Fix module on the right sidebar. Removing it clears up the problem.
