Email Campaign: HTML Filter

I was wondering if anyone has used the email campaign module. I have noticed that the "email body" does not support filtered input format. Was wondering how to fix this. The field is hard coded into the module. As a result any paragraphs or line breaks arent supported when a user views the node. Any ideas?
