setting up site in localhost.

I have setup a drupal site in my localhost by taking the code from live site that is running on some domain.

But when i click on any link that will opens in a new window.Pl help me i don't want all links to be opened in new window unless i coaded.

Pl suggest i need to do any configuration setting in apache?
